How can I buy Vision3D's Crystal photo's and Crystal Images?

Simply click on crystal you prefer - upload your image and enter in any text you would like on the crystal. Add the product to the cart, complete the payment process and your order will be placed. Vision3D will receive your image, text and product selection preferences - and will produce your customised crystal and ship out to you.

How is the image created in the crystal?

The image you provide is loaded into our software and converted into a cloud-point image. The cloud point image pixilates the photo and provides co-ordinate references for each and every pixel. Each image is made up of thousands or hundreds or thousands of these precise pixels.

The cloud-point image is then loaded into the software linked to the etching laser equipment. This provides co-ordinate details for all of the image pixels for the laser to follow. The laser tip fractures the internal of the crystal at its extremity, leaving an opaque mark within the crystal.

By following the cloud point software co-ordinates the laser equipment is able to precisely create the completed image in the crystal.

What type of Photos and Images can be etched? 

The photo's and images that can be etched are in the minds and imaginations of you our customer.

Of course there are legal constraints around the pictures that can be etched relating to images of an offensive nature, and copyright images.

By uploading your image you are confirming you are the copyright owner or have permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the images you provide.

Vision3D reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the amounts paid should there be any concern regards the nature or ownership of the images provided.

How can I monitor the progress of my order?

If you have registered you will have received a login and password which will allow you to view your account and orders at any time.

An order, upon placement, is assigned a status of "Pending".

Vision3D aims to complete each order within 72 hours. When an order is finished the order status is updated to "completed".

Once the order is dispatched, the order status is updated to "shipped"

Will Vision3D contact me if there is an issue with my order?

Yes. Vision3D will call you should there be an issue with your order - or if there is a design constraint such as too much text for the crystal size that needs to be discussed.
